Casa Arctica is a family owned accommodation offering one cabin and three apartments in central Rovaniemi. We aim to provide friendly and high-quality accommodation for all of our guests!

Our cabin and apartments are located in the city centre, less than a kilometre from Lordi’s Square. You can stay in atmospheric guesthouse, beautiful apartment, stunnig sauna Studio or modern city studio. 

All of them are beautifully furnished and well-equipped. Three of them have a private sauna. Free WiFi and private, free parking are included in the price. Our apartments provide you with the perfect base to explore Rovaniemi, the city of Santa Claus. You can find our home office in the same address as the guesthouse, Pirttitie 17. Our family will ensure you have a pleasant and happy stay. 

When you wish to have more than a hotel room our apartments are your home away!

Atmospheric and high-quality cottage to rest and enjoy during your visit in Rovaniemi, the city of Santa Claus, less than a kilometre from the city centre. The city sights, shopping and restaurants within a walking distance!

The Guesthouse has a beautifully furnished room for 2-4 persons, kitchenette and fireplace. And naturally spacious bathroom with sauna! Our Guesthouse is equipped with HDTV, free WiFi, radio, hairdryer, tableware and steam iron. 

The Guesthouse is naturally central-heated. If you come by car in wintertime we have an electric hook up possibility.
