Cozy and renovated apartment in Metsäraka, 20 minutes' walk from the center of Levi. You can get to the crosscountry skiing track directly from the yard. Downstairs bedroom for two, 4 beds in the loft. A well-equipped kitchen and living room in the same space. Separate toilet and sauna room with bathroom.

Weekly price list: Off-season prices, depending on the time, start at 390€/week. High season 690€/week (weeks 52-1 and weeks 7-17). Exchange day Saturday (arrival at 4 p.m. and departure at 11 a.m.).

Optional additional services: Final cleaning 85€. Linen (incl. towels) 22€/person / bedding 26€/person. If you clean yourself, a cleaning inspection is included in the price, if you want cleaning, the cost of cleaning is added to the rental price. Bed linen/towels are also available at an additional cost.

Year of construction: 1989, kitchen+appliances renovated and bedroom renovated 2020, sauna/bathroom/toilet renovated 2022.

Area: Ground floor 35 m2, loft 16 m2 = 51m2

Equipment: fireplace / firewood, cable TV, electric stove + oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, refrigerator, blender, washing machine, clothes drying cabinet, ironing equipment, car heating point.

Other comments:

- Steep stairs to the loft with a child gate. The loft is low.

- Strollers in the loft (Travel cot and children's high chair are not available for now).

- Allergy free, no pets!

- Terrace and a hut in the yard for the use of customers.

- If you did not order bed linen, towels or they are not already included in the price when booking your accommodation, please bring your own.
