Valtavaara Snowshoe Hike - long adventure

We'll walk through snowy forests, cross small frozen lakes, and head into the wilderness. Depending on our destination we may walk along the Big Bear's Trail or explore nature reserve areas. On the top of the fells, we see the entire northern horizon. While admiring the snowy landscape and winter around us, we enjoy traditional wild berry juice. Your guide tells you stories about the nature around us and our cool arctic lifestyle.

Duration is 5-6 hours and the length with snowshoes is 7-8 km. Your guide chooses the route and distance depending on your wishes and current conditions. The route has some steep parts and we walk also in deep snow. So at least a moderate fit is necessary.

Group size 1-12 persons.
