Discover Saimaa

Discover Saimaa operates from Imatra in the southern Saimaa region. Discover Saimaa is a 100% Finnish company.

Discover Saimaa organises excursions and events and provides services. We organise nature tours, cycling trips, canoeing trips, cultural cycling trips, etc. In autumn we also organise mushroom and berry picking trips and in winter you can find us in the snow.

Our "office" is located in the nature by the Saimaa lake. Nature is Finland's largest outdoor space, open to us all year round. Nature produces strength and energy, which gives us a sense of well-being and open-mindedness in our own lives.

In nature tourism, we provide a responsible and sustainable tourism service. We act in an environmentally responsible way, aware of the impact of our own activities on the environment. We strive to manage our environmental impact and to spread awareness of it to others.
