Design Museum Arabia

The history of Finnish ceramic art and glass design is now on display for the first time in one collection. The collection themes are glass, ceramics, art and time – with iconic works from design legends like Kaj Franck, Timo Sarpaneva, Rut Bryk and Tapio Wirkkala. The Design Museum Arabia is located on the 9th floor at the Iittala & Arabia Design Centre. Free entrance.

In 2025, the museum will move to the ground floor, alongside the shop. The new museum focusing on the history of ceramics, called Arabia Museum, will open after renovations in spring 2025.

Due to these changes, the 8th floor of the Design Centre will be closed to visitors from 6th December 2024. More information about the opening of the new Arabia Museum will be provided in spring 2025.
