Take the warm-up with soft steams of sauna
The next step could be a dip in fresh, gurgling, even healing water. Did you know that dipping in the cold water has been found to increase the secretion of pleasure hormones and decrease stress hormones!
This program can be perfectly supplemented beforehand with a brisk snowshoe or ski trip in the nearby terrain or in the magnificent Ärjä Island.
A hot water bath can also be added to the sauna experience. Price for it is €250/group.
You can come to us with your own car or arrange transportation with us.
