Struka Villa

Struka villa is a cozy riverside property for up to 12-16 people located in Pyhtaa, between Kotka and Loviisa in southern Finland. The villa is suitable for holiday location, but also for meetings and festive events. The house is warm and it is suitable for holidays all year around. From the air heating pump you can adjust the heating at the desired temperature in the winter and in the summer.

The Struka villa is a charming log wood house, that has 1,5 stories. There is a spacious living area downstairs with a kitchen, dining area and lounge with a wood burning fireplace, three twin bedrooms, a wood-heated sauna and shower room. Two separate toilets. Upstairs includes a large space that has a pool table and single beds for six people and a sleeping alcove with twin beds above sauna. The alcove above sauna is accessed via a separate entrance from the sauna terrace. Beautiful river view from living room.

The villa kitchen is well equipped and it has everything you need; plenty of dishes, kettle, toaster and a large dishwasher.

The Stuka villa has extensive grassy grounds that are ideal for children to play in and the beautiful terrace is great for admiring the river view and for enjoying a barbecue on a convenient gas BBQ. On the villa yard there is also a barbecue hut that is suitable for about 10 people to sit and dine around the gas cooking plate. For chilly nights there is also a heater in the hut.
