Manor Villa - Possakkatupa

Possakkatupa is a two-story log villa built in the 1850s in the courtyard of the Koivumäki manor. An extension was made to the building in the 1990's, where there is a hallway and a bathroom. The interior of Possakkatupa has been renovated over the years. The apartment has been converted from residential use to accommodation at the end of 2022 and at the same time a small renovation has been carried out.

The name Possakka means "contract work", which was also done in Koivumäki in the old days. The Possakka house was used to house for maids, servants and the other workers.
