Winter activities on Lake Tuusula

In the wintertime, it is often possible to enjoy walking, skating and skiing on Lake Tuusula. If the weather conditions allow, you can skate on the longest natural ice track in the Helsinki region. You can also try out kick sledging – super fun for all ages and no experience needed.

Rental equipment is available from local hotels and rental companies. Cross country skis, snowshoes and guided tours are also available from January to March, weather conditions permitting. Or how about a refreshing dip in icy water and a hot sauna afterwards?
