is situated on the shores of Lake Saimaa, in Sulkava's Siikalahti, the 5-star rated Villa Huvikalliola offers a comfortable setting for holidays, fishing and leisure!

This villa for 12 persons has a well-equipped kitchen and a very large living room with a fireplace, 1 bedroom and a utility room downstairs, a washroom with 2 showers and an electrically heated sauna.

On the beach side there is a full width veranda with hardwood furniture .

Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a double bed and 2 single beds.

Both upstairs bedrooms have access to the furnished upper balconies.Between the upstairs bedrooms there is an upper hall with 2 beds and a TV.

Right on the beach there is a traditional wood-fired beach sauna. The villa also has a long decent pier, a child-friendly beach and a rowing boat.

There is a barbecue shelter on the beautiful lookout point.

Pets are also allowed , but a pet fee of €150 will be added to the rental price .

The cozy villa has a high level of equipment, a spacious lakeside sauna and a shallow sandy beach, creating opportunities for an easy and successful holiday for the whole family!

The beach of Villa Huvikalliola can also be reached by boat, the shipping route runs nearby, but not past the beach!
