Kotatuli Forest Lodge

Kotatuli is a small family business run by family and friends together. Our values include nature and the well-being of people and animals. We provide B&B accomodation for 2-7 in the mainhouse and an private cottage for 3-4 people in the midle of pinetrees.

The price includes breakfast, bed linen and towels.

The possibility to buy catering services and prepare your own food in the house and in the gottage. In addition to your own room, you will have access to a shared bathroom, kitchen and living room.

We also provide experiential nature activities, which are available to our customers by order. Our farm is also home to our dogs and horses, who are friendly and accustomed to visitors.

Our traditional Finnish log house is located in Marrasjärvi, 57 km from the center of Rovaniemi, by the lake and in the middle of the forest, in a scenic location. The house is surrounded by 3 hectares of land and has a beautiful view of the lake from the main house window.

There is an idyllic sauna cottage by the lake, which can be used by guests by arrangement. There is also a hut made of grey logs in the courtyard, where you can light a fire and make coffee or prepare a meal. The benches are lined with warm reindeer bedding and an open fire blazes in the middle. The municipal water system does not reach us, so the tap comes from real spring water.
