As destination specialists we are happy to help you with friendly and reliable on-site information and hosting. Located in Kalajoki, we can provide you with up-to-date information of service providers, activities and weather conditions around the year.

Depending on the wishes and requirements, our service can include for example:

• Searching for local service providers and suppliers for tour operator’s or DMC’s packaging and production. We have an extensive network and good connections to local service providers.

• Welcoming of the guests in Kalajoki and other hosting. We can meet the group at the airport or on the railway station and help them with transfers.

• Guiding services (stories & information) in connection with transfers or as separate program – even to nature destinations.

• Other necessary link and support on site. We can assist you and your guests prior, during and after the tour. We can make pre-visits and site-inspections to service providers to meet with your guests’ expectations, assist your guests or even support the guests in case of troubles or handling complaints on-site.

• Upon request and agreement, our destination coordination and hosting services can be extended to other locations at the arctic coast or in Finland, or even on the Swedish side of the Bothnian Bay. In this case the use of own car, per diems and other incurred expenses are charged separately.

Pricing:

65,00 euros per hour (minimum 2 hours)

220,00 euros per half day

400,00 euros per day
