Snowshoeing in the Arctic Wilderness

Discover the true Lapland nature by hiking through untouched snow blankets and under the trees covered in white. Snowshoeing, a traditional Lappish way of getting around, allows you to explore places inaccessible by foot during snowy time. After a 20-minute transfer out from the city, you’ll arrive in a wilderness area where it’s time to put on your snowshoes and follow our guide to the surrounding nature: Embrace the tranquility and peace of the arctic woods and breathe in the purest air in the world. At the stop, our guide will prepare a campfire picnic around which you’ll hear stories about Lapland.

Please note: Thermal gear will be provided for the activity, but it is recommended to wear appropriate warm layers under. The activity may require some physical exertion and endurance. Walking time approx. 1,5-2h. Children under 10 years old and people with limited ability to bear the exercise due to medical reasons are not allowed to join the activity.
