Snowshoeing with SeastarEvents in Karnaistenkorpi Nature Trail, Lohja

Welcome to a snowshoeing trip in Lohja!

Karnaistenkorpi is one of the largest uniform forest areas in Lohja, with a diverse age structure. There are forests of different ages, up to 100 years old, in the area. Terrains vary from flat swamps and sloughs to rugged rocks.

We travel through varied terrain admiring the diversity of nature.

Along the route, we stop for breaks at the shacks of Ahvenalammi and Sorvalammi, where you can find campfire sites and outdoor toilets.

The distance is approx. 4 kilometers.

You need outdoor clothes suitable for the weather, something to drink and sturdy winter shoes.

Location: Suoniementaival 29, 09360 Lohja

Price: 450 eur including 1-6 persons, additional persons 20 eur/person. Price includes guide services, snowshoes and poles for the duration of the event, coffee/tea made over a campfire and self-fried sausages.

Group size: 1 - 10 persons.

The trip starts from the parking lot in Suoniementaipale, in the immediate vicinity of the Kisakallio sports college.

Our snowshoe trips can be booked for the period between 1 December 2024 and 30 April 2025 (depending on the snow situation) and all our trips are also excellent for first-timers!
