Before the tour, our guide will advise you on the proper paddling technique and go over safety guidelines. Each paddler manages their kayak alone, so a paddling trip requires a good level of general fitness as well as previous experience of kayaking. If your kayaking experience is limited, we recommend starting with a shorter one-hour kayak tour (‘Idyllic kayak trip’).
