Snowshoeing in forest, Silence of winter

We enjoy silence of the forest walking with snow shoes. During our trip we wonder what happens under snow- how can plants and animals survive in cold winter time.

We also admire different shapes of snow and ice along our path. During our trip we stop to have some snacks.
