Fish and shellfish from cold sea waters, mushrooms and game from spruce forests, vegetables from local producers, potatoes, herbs and roots, Finnish berries, bread baked from grain grown in a local village. Raw materials and flavours from all over the Nordic countries. Separately and combined. That’s what Emo is all about.
We focus on flavours. We choose our raw materials carefully and have high requirements. We never compromise on the best quality.
We want to offer dishes that reflect excellence and an artisan approach. Flavours that you can’t find anywhere else – but that are still somehow wonderfully familiar.
