Cottage holiday by Lake Saimaa in Finland

Karjalan Helmi is located on the norther lake Saimaa in Karelia. We rent well-equipped holiday cottages and apartments on the island of Suoparsaari. Our family tourist centre provides cosy settings for holidays in peaceful environment. All cottages are situated right on the lakeshore and all have their own wood-heated sauna and private beach. The cottages and apartments are desinged for round-the-year use and all have standard furniture, tableware and cookware. The cottages situated between 35 and 150 m from each others and there is forest between cottages. The nearby forest offers good possibilities to pick mushrooms and wild berries. The surrounding lake with many small islands is awesome scenic to water activities. Our lake region is great for fishing around the year. This is the perfect place to enjoy beautiful Finnish countryside.
