Villa Kotkankallio - a magnificent log cabin in the Helsinki metropolitan area in Porkkala

Villa Kotkankallio is located in the maritime environment of Porkkalanniemi, on its own 1,2-hectare fenced property.

The facilities are ideal for off-site meetings when you want to retreat to the tranquility of nature away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Catering is prepared on-site using fresh seasonal ingredients, and beverages can also be arranged through us, as the venue has a license for serving alcohol.

On the entrance level, there is a main hall for 30 people and a meeting room for 24 people, which includes a cozy lounge area furnished with armchairs. Upstairs, there are spacious accommodation areas at both ends of the house, which also serve as group workspaces. The top floor features a small tower room. The comfortable sauna area on the lower level includes two saunas with changing rooms, a swimming pool, hot tubs, and a relaxation area with a fireplace, which leads to the outdoor terrace. The rocky yard area features a grill hut with a fire pit.

It is also possible to book activity programs alongside the reservation of Villa Kotkankallio. Various outdoor games and e.g. a “Treasure Hunt” team program with problem-solving tasks can be organized on the premises.

Stunning maritime recreation areas, such as the Lähteelä recreation area, marina, and birdwatching tower, are located about 6 kilometers away, and the Porkkalanniemi recreation area is 8 km from Villa Kotkankallio.

Depending on the season, activity opportunities in Porkkala include hiking, Nordic walking, cycling, sea kayaking, snowshoeing, kick sledding, and fishing trips to the archipelago guided by a local fisherman. You can observe bird migration with an expert guide from the birdwatching tower at Lähteelä recreation area, where you can even see as far as Tallinn on clear days.
