Ice swimming in Saimaa at Visulahti's saunas on Thursdays from 16:00 to 19:00

Ice swimming is an incredible experience that at the same time invigorates, but also relaxes the body and mind. A dip in the Saimaa in the middle of the bitterest cold completely circulates the blood and calms down amidst the rush and stress of everyday life.

Visulahti saunas are in Mikkeli in the Visulahti area on the shores of Saimaa. You can go to the sauna on your own with the code you get with the payment.
