Suomenlinna Visitor Centre

Suomenlinna Visitor Centre at the UNESCO World Heritage Site Suomenlinna is open all year around. The Visitor Centre is the best place to start a visit to Suomenlinna. Visitors can receive tips and recommendations for their visit and the staff will gladly provide information on the services available and events taking place.

At the Visitor Centre there is also a free introductory exhibition that provides visitors with good background information about the fortress.

A free Suomenlinna map available in nine languages (Finnish, Swedish, English, Russian, German, French, Spanish, Japanese and Chinese) can be picked up from the ferry waiting area next to the Visitor Centre. The map includes also basic information on the history and sights of the fortress.
