Snowshoe and wide skishoe rental in Repovesi National Park

Self guided winter hiking trip in Repovesi National Park, perhaps on the marked trail (3,8 km), which starts at the gate of Tervajärvi. You can rent snowshoes and wide skishoes from the Tervajärvi self-service Rental Base. You find snowshoes for children also from Rental Base.

The snowshoes are large and drop-shaped and therefore carry their walkers well. Snowshoes allow the feet to move naturally, making it light to move even in soft snow.

With wide skishoes, you can move agilely both in forest and in more open terrain. The best features of wide skishoes are evident in forested terrain with height differences, which makes it possible to climb hills and slide to slopes. The rentals includes adjustable aluminium-framed poles!

Snowshoes and wide skishoes can be rented on an hourly or 24-hour basis. The duration of the hourly rental can be 4, 8 or 12 hours. Rentals can be booked to start at 09:00, 13:00 or 17:00.
