Casa Arctica is a family owned accommodation offering one cabin and three apartments in central Rovaniemi. We aim to provide friendly and high-quality accommodation for all of our guests!

Our cabin and apartments are located in the city centre, less than a kilometre from Lordi’s Square. You can stay in atmospheric guesthouse, beautiful apartment, stunnig sauna Studio or modern city studio. 

All of them are beautifully furnished and well-equipped. Three of them have a private sauna. Free WiFi and private, free parking are included in the price. Our apartments provide you with the perfect base to explore Rovaniemi, the city of Santa Claus. You can find our home office in the same address as the guesthouse, Pirttitie 17. Our family will ensure you have a pleasant and happy stay. 

When you wish to have more than a hotel room our apartments are your home away!

Our stylish Studio is located in Rovaniemi city centre in a quiet corner though only 100 metres from Revontuli shopping centre. The Studio (32  m2) is ideal for 2 persons. Arktikum museum is only 200 metres away as also Pedestrian zone and Lordi Square. 

Studio has a fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower. There is a double-bed, seating area with sofa and private glazed balcony with garden view. 
It is also equipped with free WIFI, cable HDTV, Blueray-player, radio, hair dryer and steam iron. 

The Studio has private and free parking place with electric hook-up possibility.
