The House of Skills (Taitomaja)

Taitomaja, which can be translated to “House of Skills”, is a former school lovely renovated to a very high standard. Situated near Lake Parkkima and only 9 km from Lake Pyhäjärvi in wonderful countryside, you can enjoy a wide range of activities.

Taitomaja has around 40 beds available. Concerning our accommodation services we focus on three main points; tranquility, restfull nights and nutritious start to the day.

In the beautiful and peacefull surrounding area of Pyhäjärvi, you will find several other activities suiting your indivual requirements, as riding, hiking, canoeing, skiing and fishing.
