Experience
The Kauhaneva National Park tour presents the most important attractions of the Kauhaneva-Pohjankangas National Park. The beauty of the bog unfolds in all its splendor from the lookout tower, but the scents and atmospheres of the bog are best felt from the meandering long trail. When returning from the tour, you can take the medieval highway, the Kyrönkangas summer road. You can celebrate the trip with a bonfire or snacks enjoyed on the shore of the ponds. The Kauhaneva tour is at its best from spring to late autumn. In addition to the normal day trip, particularly atmospheric trips have been made on the route during summer nights and in the darkness of autumn evenings.
The round of Kauhaneva is made on flat stretches and gravel paths, which are suitable for everyone with a normal walking condition. When wet, the skirts can feel slippery in places. Part of the route is barrier-free and part is an easy-to-navigate boardwalk. The length of the basic route is about 5 kilometers. The duration of the trip is 2-3 hours and the difficulty of the route is easy or average. In the winter season, the excursion can be carried out if the road leading to the route is open and the route can be moved safely (the amount of snow and slippery conditions limit it). Excursions to Kauhaneva's landscapes can also be made to look just like your group. State your wishes and ask in more detail.
