The setting is a dinner table at an international food conference! There are food journalists, gastronomists, gourmets – good taste and not so much. This astonishing soirée will bring culinary twists and turns dancing before us, retelling the shady gastronomic history of Turku, and with a slurry of passionate words and dance about food. The birth of the brined groat sausage, laukkamakkara – could this have been prevented?
A culinary theatre experience by Liisa Ruuskanen and Jonanna Keinänen is coming to Turku for the first time and will reveal the kitchen nightmares within the city’s culinary history.
This dinner and a show makes for an excellent choice for a Christmas party event.
