The museum houses a permanent exhibition of local knife and textile production and knitting history. There are also changing exhibitions. The museum is located in the same building as the main library and art gallery "Kaari". There is a museum shop.

The museum is under renovation and closed 11.12.2023 - 31.03.2024.
