Nokka´s food philosophy is simple: We serve high-quality food made from the season’s best wild ingredients from Finnish forests and waters. We focus on the flavor and innovative cooking.
At Nokka, we make everything by hand from scratch, give each ingredient the respect they deserve, paying extra attention to minimize food waste.
We use wild ingredients from Finnish forests and waters: game, fish, berries, mushrooms, plants and herbs. We only use sustainably grown, organic produce and meats from carefully selected small Finnish producers with whom we have developed close relationships for years.
