The apartment has been recently renovated and consists of a living room with windows facing Kungsgatan (Finland's first pedestrian street). 

In the same property, the popular interior design store Popana
operates today in the building that was built for the Nordic Union Bank in 1933. In the same building from the 1980s (also built for the bank's needs) there is the well-visited Ekta Bryggeri & Gastropub.
