The house is built 1885 right next to Skepparträdgården park where you can ring the bell that is set in memory of the artist Helene Schjerfbeck.

The apartment has a kitchen, living room dining room, small office space and a toilet downstairs. The bedroom, shower, sauna and a separate toilet are upstairs.
Enjoy your breakfast in the garden corner close to the sea.
