The Sauna Meditation Ceremony

The ceremony includes three rounds in the sauna. We begin with a silent meditation to step into the sacred, then we continue by inviting the Spirit of Sauna to help and support us. Finally we end with a deep relaxation by welcoming the forest to join us into the sauna.

The natural elements are all present in the sauna. Fire, water, earth and air can also be found in our bodies in different forms. These elements connect us to the sacred power of sauna. You will learn how to use this connection in your own daily sauna sessions and life.
