Overnight in Arctic SnowHotel

Arctic SnowHotel is one of the biggest Snowhotels in the world, and sleeps about 70 guests. This spectacularly handsome attraction and landmark, is carved each year to be different in appearance. The walls and furniture surfaces of the unique rooms are decorated with ice art and illuminated artwork.

The room temperature is 0–5C°, but using the sleeping bags intended for extreme conditions, you can be sure you will stay in warmth and comfort. On the shores of the lake the moonlight, stars and Northern Lights illuminate the silent, Lappish nature.

Inside Arctic SnowHotel you can find approximately 30 hotel rooms, Ice chapel, Ice Restaurant and Ice Bar. Soon after your check-in, SnowHotel guide will give you a guided tour of the area during which you learn about safety aspects and where everything is located. You will also receive instructions for sleeping overnight at SnowHotel and for the sleeping bag. The sleeping bags are of high quality and warm Arctic sleeping bags with fleece linings.

When staying in at SnowHotel, breakfast is always included in the accommodation rate and is served in Log restaurant. SnowHotel and Glass Igloos are located on the Arctic Circle at an approximate distance of 26 kilometres from the town of Rovaniemi in Finland. Arriving is easy using our shuttle service, taxi or your own car.
