Villa Holm1

Villa Holm 1 is a newly renovated cozy log house from 1985 with all amenities, located about 100 m from the sea. The house has 1.5 floors. Both the ground floor and the second floor have two bedrooms, with a total of up to 8 beds.

The heat source is an air-to-air heat pump.

In the living room with an open kitchen, you can enjoy the wonderful sea view from the window. At your disposal is a modern kitchen with high-quality kitchen equipment and tableware. The kitchen has an electric stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, all kitchen utensils, a fully automatic Jura coffee machine, and a filter coffee machine. There is also local digital TV and the internet.

It is very nice to spend time on the terrace of the villa, to enjoy the sea view while just relaxing or grilling. But not just grilling, but on fantastic ceramic Kamado Joe and there are two complimentary bags of charcoal. The villa has a shower room and two toilets, as well as a drying cabinet for drying clothes. You can relax in the 90-degree sauna, where the HUUM electric heater offers a significant sauna experience that combines a thousand-year-old tradition with modern Nordic design.

Holm1 is available all year round. Rates include use of rowing boat, one bag of charcoal, bed linen, towels and post-stay cleanup.
